很多企业采购工作服时，习惯让员工自己报身高体重，或者按S/M/L套码下单。结果发下去一看，袖子长了、肩宽窄了、裤裆卡了，员工嫌难看不愿穿，企业花了钱却没起到统一形象和防护的作用。工装定做非常容易做“轻”的环节，就是量体。

身高体重相近的两个人，肩宽、臂长、胸围、腰臀比例可能差很多。尤其是特殊体型，比如肩宽背厚、腿长腰细、偏胖偏瘦，套码根本不合身。专业量体至少要测肩宽、胸围、腰围、臀围、衣长、袖长、裤长、立裆这些关键尺寸，有条件还要看站姿和活动习惯。批量定做时，抽样量体和全员量体成本差别大，但返工率差得更多。

二、面料要匹配岗位场景

车间和办公室对工装要求完全不同。车间要考虑耐磨、防静电、阻燃、耐油污；户外作业要防风防水、反光条、保暖；餐饮和医疗要耐高温洗涤、抗菌、易去污。同样叫“工装”，面料选错，员工穿着不舒服，防护也打折扣。纯棉舒服但耐磨差，涤棉耐磨但透气一般，功能性面料价格高但寿命长。先明确岗位环境，再定面料。

需求沟通、量体、打样、确认、生产、交货，每个环节都要有确认节点。尤其是打样，先做一两件让员工试穿，确认面料、版型、颜色、刺绣位置，再批量生产。跳过打样直接下单，出了问题整批返工，时间和成本都赔不起。

Especially for sampling, first make one or two pieces for employees to try on, confirm the fabric, pattern, color, embroidery position, and then mass produce.
